Linguine pasta in a creamy pink sauce, with mushrooms and baby prawns,  
with a hint of chilli. 
 
Pappardelle con Asparagi 7.50 
Asparagus tips in a white wine and butter sauce, with mixed peppers and  
spring onions in pappardelle pasta. 
 
Insalata di Gamberetti 7.50 
Crayfish tails and tiger prawns, marinated in a lime and dill dressing.  
Served on a bed of bistro salad leaves. 
 
MAIN COURSE 
 
Vitello Saltimboca 14.95 
A classic Italian dish! Pan-fried veal escalope in a white wine, sage and  
butter sauce with cured ham. 
 
Pollo Olive 12.95 
Chicken supreme in a white wine and cream sauce with red onions,  
bell peppers and mixed olives. 
 
Branzino Marco 14.95 
Sea-bass fillets pan-fried and served with tagliatelle pasta in a  
spicy tomato sauce, with Mediterranean vegetables.
